About Let's Roll XC

Let’s Roll XC (Cross Country) was born out of the passion to show others how they can improve their fitness through cycling regardless of one’s age, location, weather or climate.

We are an online training program that teaches proven strategies that have helped thousands of entrepreneurs and working professionals be healthier and have fun doing so.

You see, we understand that life is hard and that many people struggle with their fitness. We were all born with a relatively clean slate, but somehow along the way we got off track. That was exactly the case for our founder Jeff Welsh. You can read about his journey in his blog post entitled My Let’s Roll Story.

But that’s OK. The good news is that there is a way to be healthy by riding your bike. There is a way to become an even stronger cyclist if you already ride your bike. All while having fun doing so!
